All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, as well as identity verification requirements to meet financial compliance standards. Account Policy, Suspension & Applicable Law
1004 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached any of the terms set out in this document. Account suspension may take effect immediately and without prior notice in cases involving fraud, illegal activity, or threats to platform security. During a suspension period, the user will not be permitted to access their account, carry out any transactions, or use any 1004 platform services. Any remaining funds in a terminated account will be handled in accordance with the platform's internal investigation procedures and applicable Malaysian law. Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may submit a written appeal to the 1004 support team within 14 days of the suspension date.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team and following the designated account closure procedure. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 1004 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified via an in-platform notice or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any such amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
